How to Submit a Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, your written notice must include all of the following:

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 5–10 business days and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that content you posted was removed in error or misidentified as infringing, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed and its former location on the site
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice
- Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers
PetSawy maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or contributors who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
False Claims
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer, the site operator, or their service provider.
